Website for Arasim & Kedzierski Gebäudeservice (Berlin): dark UI with emerald accents, full-bleed hero, services grid (caretaker, office cleaning, post-construction cleaning, outdoor care, graffiti, winter service, clear-outs, windows, painting, minor repairs, assembly, silicone) with detail modals, AK-Standard section, Philosophy page and a contact form with attachments.
