Instructions on withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Piotr Kulbacki, Bendastr. 11, 12051 Berlin, kontakt@piotrkulbacki.com, tel. +49 157 35166871) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal and starting early

If you withdraw, I will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day I am informed of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment as in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed me of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

The withdrawal right is lost for a service contract if I have fully performed the service and started only after you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance is complete.

I do not collect that confirmation through the website form. If a consumer wants work to start before 14 days, I will do so only after an express request on a durable medium (email) with the legally required statements. Until then I may hold paid performance.
